FeatureLayer drawing improvements

This sample loads a web map containing a single FeatureLayer representing more than 30,000 zip codes in the United States. Prior to the release of version 4.3 of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript feature drawing was limited, restricting datasets such as this one from requesting and drawing all available features.

In 4.3, FeatureLayer drawing and querying from the feature service has been improved to request and draw more features in less time. Note that this dataset has a scale dependency set, so no features will draw when zoomed out beyond a certain scale.

In future releases of the API, feature querying and drawing will continue to improve in performance and scale.
